Landie has been consulting to our organisation since 2013 where she has been monumental in the transformation of the company as a whole. She has coached and transformed my sales team to improve on general sales skills, equipping them in new skills and building their confidence levels and more.

She has assisted in recruiting quality staff that have become pivotal in our growth over the years and I wouldn’t recruit without her valued input and insight. Landie has been a key influencer and implementer of KPI’s and intrical measurement tools for all departments making our lives easier to implement growth plans, deal with performance issues and reward our employees based on input rather than relying on emotions at the end of a quarter or year. She has streamlined our business at every growth phase to ensure that the business runs optimally. During and after Covid she has assisted us in navigating and finding new ways of doing business as usual seeing things from a positive perspective and avoiding pitfalls that we may have missed. In 2021 we had our best year yet nearly doubling profits and paying out our sales team record commissions in a tough time globally. As for me as CEO she has been a constant foundation that I could stand on in the toughest of times navigating life and career. She has been my voice of reason, a sounding board and a plumbline when I battle to find answers or see a clear way through a situation.
